Our Arizona franchise group has earned Operator of the Year, Marketer of the Year, and Business Leader of the Year recognition — and we're just getting started in the Valley.What you'll ownYou'll operate alongside your GM with full visibility from our District Manager — running the shift, leading the team, and owning your areas of the business day to day. That means:BOH and FOH operations — you're present, not just supervisingScheduling, labor management, and shift executionRecruiting, training, and developing your teamInventory management and ordering supportHealth, safety, and compliance standardsCustomer experience and guest recoverySupporting P&L awareness and operational performanceWhat we offer$48,000 – $60,000+ annually, commensurate with experienceStructured schedule: five tens — while most restaurant managers are grinding 65+ hour weeks, our AGMs work a structured schedule with real days off. But make no mistake, this is a floor-level leadership role. You're in it daily, running shifts and developing your team in real time.You'll be present and hands-on the majority of your shift — this isn't a back-office role.
