Charlotte Home Project Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Charlotte Home Project Manager in Monroe, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesThe duties of the Charlotte Home Project Manager include coordinating with subcontractors, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. This individual will also be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
