Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Technical Lead to lead the migration from Freshworks to ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, platform configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and ITSM process transformation.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow ITSM development/administration experience
- Strong experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
- Hands-on experience with Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST API integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, IntegrationHub, and platform migrations
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience migrating Freshworks/Freshservice to ServiceNow
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, or Automation
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
