Drive Growth in Industrial Projects That Keep Facilities Running

Quality “Plus” Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to support our Virginia-based operations by developing new opportunities across the local industrial market.

This role is ideal for someone who understands electrical & instrumentation (E&I), process piping, and industrial mechanical systems—and knows how to turn relationships into revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business in:
• • Industrial electrical & instrumentation (E&I) services
  • Mechanical equipment installation and process piping
  • Plant maintenance, upgrades, and capital projects
• Support local project managers by feeding qualified opportunities into the pipeline
• Build relationships with:
• • Plant managers and facility leadership
  • Industrial maintenance teams
  • Engineers and project stakeholders
• Get involved early in project planning, outages, and shutdown scheduling
• Partner with estimating and operations to build scopes, budgets, and proposals
• Drive consistent growth within the regional industrial sector

Focus Areas

• Manufacturing facilities
• Processing plants
• Industrial production environments
• Maintenance-driven and capital improvement work
• Electrical upgrades, controls, and instrumentation systems

What You Bring

• 3–7+ years of experience in:
• • Industrial construction, OR
  • Electrical & instrumentation (E&I), OR
  • Mechanical / process piping work
• Strong understanding of industrial environments and plant operations
• Ability to read plans/specs and understand project scope
• Experience working with or selling to industrial clients or facilities
