Claims Specialist

Responsibilities Effectively evaluates and manages liability, property, auto, general liability claims, and employment claims in compliance with state regulations. Attends legal hearings, settlement conferences, and mediations to provide testimony and monitor proceedings. Maintains claims files and records to document actions and ensure compliance with participating policies and mandated legal requirements. Requirements 7+ years of Workers’ Compensation, liability, property, auto, general liability claims handling experience required. Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience. Prior experience with independent judgment, critical thinking, and decision making. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Tools & Technologies: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Soft Skills: Independent Judgment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
