Financial AnalystNew Vista Healthcare is currently recruiting a Financial Analyst to join the Revenue Cycle team at our home office in Blue Ash, OH.Estimated Pay Rate: $21.50/hrJob Summary:The Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights, budgeting, and forecasting to support clinical operations and mission-driven care.Job Duties:Run reportsBalance censusAnswer questions from accounting and communicate with facilitiesWork with Managers and Supervisors each month to identify any current issues or upcoming issuesMid-month projections/pre closeFacility Monthly ReportingDenialsVOBUpfront collectionsBack up for coding assignment to codersQualifications/Experience Requirements:Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance PreferredExperience: Excel required, Knowledge of Healthcare IndustryFull Time Benefits:Multiple medical plan options, Vista Wellness (physician/pharmacy), Dental, VisionGenerous PTO and paid holidays401(k) with company contribution; Life and disability coverageTuition reimbursement up to $15,000 and student loan forgiveness programs
