This role is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about team development, client service, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Manage dayâ??toâ??day hospital operations, staffing, and scheduling Lead, coach, and support a highâ??performing veterinary team Ensure exceptional client experience and patient care Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and expense control Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Partner with veterinarians to support medical and operational goals Qualifications: Veterinary experience required Strong leadership, communication, and problemâ??solving skills Financial and operational management experience Organized, adaptable, and teamâ??focused Prioritize your work-life balance and enjoy a fulfilling time away from work with our generous offerings.
