Location: Midland, TX 79705
Tired of sitting at a desk all day? Avid Storage is hiring an Associate Property Manager in Midland. Every hour is different in this role, whether you are helping customers rent the right unit, walking and cleaning the property, and running the property on your own when the Property Manager is out or in tandem with them when they need assistance.

What you'll do
- Grow the business : Rent units, sell merchandise, and help keep occupancy high
- Manage accounts: Process payments and follow up on past-due accounts
- Care for the property: Walk the site daily, clean vacated units and report maintenance needs
- Serve people well: You will build relationships with people experiencing intimate life moments, moving houses, dealing with the death of a loved one. Storage facilities work with people in transitional moments of life. We have the ability to pour into these people and truly make a difference
- Cover when needed: Run the facility independently and provide coverage to alternate locations as directed by your District Manager
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- At least one year of related customer service experience in direct sales or retail is required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
- Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised & lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to provide coverage at multiple locations as directed by your District Manager
