Job Summary
We are engaging experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialists to support an AI training this role youll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows validate financial data and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop .
- Manage invoicing bill payments and bank reconciliations.
- Generate and review P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
- Maintain the Chart of Accounts customer records and vendor records.
- Review accounting workflows and identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Validate financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Apply accounting best practices when reviewing financial workflows.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.
- Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently review accounting workflows and financial data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Bookkeeper Accountant Finance Professional or Small Business Owner .
- Experience managing multiple clients or business entities.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices.
- Experience with AI training data annotation or financial data evaluation is a plus.
