And we’re looking for a Expert Bookkeeper to start immediately Expert Bookkeeper – Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing Schedule: Monday to Friday Goal: A U.S.-based manufacturing company is looking for a Full-Time Expert-Level Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations, including cost accounting, invoice verification, and reconciliation. The successful candidate will work closely with the internal Chief Bookkeeper and be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency across several platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Monitor vendor communications and ensure accuracy of all invoices for 2024 and 2025 Perform bank deposit and credit card entry into QuickBooks Assist with monthly reconciliations, under the review of the Chief Bookkeeper File and organize digital records and transaction logs Conduct cost accounting – this is a non-negotiable requirement Use Amazon and Target portals for order and vendor documentation Maintain accurate Excel-based financial records Support inventory management, valuation, and adjustments (preferred but not required) Required Tools & Platforms QuickBooks (must have advanced proficiency) Excel (including formulas and data validation) Amazon & Target vendor portals General bookkeeping and reconciliation tools Qualifications Proven experience as a senior or expert bookkeeper, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based business Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles Exceptional attention to detail; must be comfortable verifying large volumes of financial data Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online/Desktop Fluent in English – both written and spoken Experience working with inventory is a strong plus Communication & Collaboration You will work closely with the company’s internal bookkeeping lead Must be proactive, organized, and reliable in daily communication Training will be provided, but prior experience with all listed tasks is expected Technical Requirements USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits Health Insurance (HMO) Performance Incentives Job Security and Stability Paid Training Inclusive Culture Upskilling Opportunities 100% Work-From-Home Exceptionally Supportive Team Opportunities for Career Growth Fun Work Environment Holiday & Overtime Pay Schedule: Monday – Friday Location: This is a remote job Salary Package (with HMO): PHP54,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Wing Assistant - India
