Mortgage Underwriter -CO, PA, MI, CA

Mortgage Underwriter

The ideal candidate will have front line conventional refinance experience with 1-3 years of underwriting experience in a fast paced environment and exceptional attention to detail.

Underwriting of conventional loans within established SLA requirements while maintaining file quality
Responsible for setting and clearing loan conditions on files according to investor guidelines and within established processes and procedures
Responsible for educating and mentoring all HSS they work with
Must be able to work overtime as required

Experience with Front Line Conventional Refinancing
2+ years of underwriting experience in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of mortgage regulations and Client/Freddie Mac Mortgage guidelines
High School diploma required, College diploma preferred
