Location and Schedule UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital, Longmont, CO Work Schedule: PRN, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights This position is onsite; no hybrid or remote option. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Responsibilities Provides top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care environment utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care. Values and effectively partners with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional care outcomes. Models proficiency through precepting new staff. Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Practices in a technologically complex clinical setting managing ventilator integration and airway management across multiple levels of care. Engages in clinical ladders encouraging internal growth and promotional opportunities through implementation of various clinical and process improvement projects.
