Machine Operators - Swing Shift - Will be working Tuesday – Friday 4pm – 2:30am OT may be required and is mandatory.

We are seeking reliable Machine Operators to join our production team. This role involves operating and maintaining cardboard production machinery to ensure high - quality packaging products are produced efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor large production machinery such as Flexo presses, prepress systems and machining equipment to produce corrugated packaging materials according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with prepress teams to ensure color matching, print quality and material consistency.
• Load raw materials onto machines.
• Read and verify worksheet instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Follow production schedules and quality guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation experience required within the packaging and corrugated industry.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to use tape measure and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills (such as Vietnamese) are a plus to support team communication
