Base: $40,000 | 1st Year OTE: $75,000 - $95,000+

The Role

This is a true 360 recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from business development through candidate placement. You will act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, building long-term relationships and partnering with companies to help them hire top talent across highly specialized markets.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position that combines sales, business development, relationship management, recruiting, negotiation, & market intelligence.

Responsibilities

Business Development

Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market mapping
Build partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers across technical industries
Understand client hiring needs and consult on talent strategy and market trends
Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements

Candidate Recruitment

Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
Manage the interview process between clients and candidates
Prepare candidates for interviews and offer stages
Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships

Account Management

Manage client expectations and communication throughout the hiring process
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback
Negotiate compensation packages and close offers
Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience

Market Specialization

Become an expert within your assigned technical market
Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity
Build a strong pipeline of talent and client relationships within your niche
