Role Description The Customer Service Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in University Park, IL. This position involves managing daily customer reports and communication via email and phone calls. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the internal operations team to streamline operations, and provide on time deliveries. The role also requires analyzing customer feedback to drive process improvements and maintaining accurate service records.
