Stay Cool, Move Fast. We need Production Line Leads to tackle the peak season rush in our 55&degree; chocolate facility! Come work for Randstad @ Metro Supply Chain. Your Role as a Line Lead:
Lead the Team: Guide and support line workers to keep operations safe, fast, and efficient.
Keep the Line Moving: Track shift productivity, hit targets, and troubleshoot any issues on the fly.
Guard Quality & Safety: Enforce safety rules and GMP standards while conducting quick quality audits.
Track the Numbers: Count finished products, reconcile inventory, and ensure all daily paperwork is accurate.
Maintain the Machine: Keep an eye on equipment performance, report maintenance needs, and keep the workspace clean.

location: Carlisle, PA
work hours: 06:30 AM - 03:30 PM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
