Seeking a proactive and organized Multiline Manager to join the team. This role focuses on supporting customers across multiple product lines and contributing to the overall success of the agency through relationship management, outreach, and team coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing customers to discuss available product options.
• Assist customers in reviewing insurance and financial service offerings.
• Meet agency growth goals through multi-line sales. 
• Monitor performance metrics and support marketing efforts through sales activities.
• Participate in community activities that build local awareness of the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry with proven cross-sell results is preferred not required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be able to pass State Farm background check.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in professional growth within an agency environment.
• Must obtain PA P&C insurance license within 30 days. If you do not already have an active PA Life & Health insurance license, must obtain within 60 days of employment.
