Are you the welder who thrives on variety?
- Do you enjoy shifting from shop fabrication to field work without missing a beat?
- Can you read a set of blueprints and immediately picture the weld sequence?
- Are you ready to travel about one-third of the year to support clients—and return to a steady shop rhythm the rest of the time?
- Travel approximately 30–35% of the year to job sites; work in our shop when not traveling.
- Deliver safe, high-quality welds using the appropriate process for each application.
- Study and interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy and fit-up.
- Verify completed work meets codes, specs, and client expectations.
- Care for, calibrate, and troubleshoot welding gear and related tools.
- Partner with project leaders to hit milestones and communicate clearly with clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding training preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on welding experience in multiple environments.
- Comfort with multiple welding techniques and blueprint interpretation.
- Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator with a customer-service approach.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing site conditions.
