Explore more on Cubic.com.Job Details:About the RoleThe TMO Manager/ Analyst will be a key member of the Transformation Management Office, responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation strategy and planning. This role requires a seasoned professional who can work across business units, engage senior stakeholders, and translate strategic intent into executable transformation roadmaps. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and tracking high-impact transformation programs across the organization. This is a individual contributor role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of enterprise transformation strategies aligned with organizational goalsBuild and maintain comprehensive transformation roadmaps, milestones, and execution plansConduct structured diagnostics and assessments to identify transformation opportunities and gapsDevelop business cases, impact analyses, and investment rationale for transformation initiativesPartner with business unit leaders and CXOs to align transformation priorities and drive buy-inEstablish and maintain TMO governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and dashboardsMonitor program health across workstreams and escalate risks and issues proactivelyFacilitate strategic planning workshops and cross-functional alignment sessionsDevelop and present executive-level updates, board decks, and progress reportsDrive continuous improvement of TMO processes, tools, and methodologiesRequired QualificationsMBA from a reputed institution; engineering background preferred5–8 years of experience in transformation strategy, management consulting, or corporate strategy rolesProven experience in developing transformation strategies and execution roadmapsStrong understanding of business strategy frameworks, operating model design, and change managementExperience working with senior leadership (CXO level) on strategic initiativesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling executive narrativesProficiency in data analysis — ability to work with large datasets, build models, and derive actionable insights to support transformation decisionsHands-on program management experience — planning, tracking, and reporting on complex, multi-workstream programs with cross-functional dependenciesFamiliarity with program management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalentExperience building and maintaining dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance reporting frameworksPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in Big 4 consulting (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) or tier-1 strategy firmsExposure to transformation programs in sectors such as real estate, technology, healthcare, or FMCGFamiliarity with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, Prince2)Experience in M&A integration, post-merger planning, or value creation programs is a plusCore CompetenciesTransformation Strategy & PlanningExecutive Stakeholder EngagementStructured Problem SolvingProgram Governance & ReportingCross-functional CollaborationBusiness Case DevelopmentStrategic CommunicationData Analysis & InsightsProgram Management & DeliveryWhy Join UsThis is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to senior leadership and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
