Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 Base Salary + Performance Commission & Discretionary Bonuses

About the Role

Zinn Insurance is scaling rapidly on a multi-year growth trajectory, and we are expanding our consumer division. We are seeking an elite, charismatic, and process-disciplined Consumer Growth Manager to scale our personal lines and consumer growth segment.

This is a program management, sales production, and renewal preservation seat. Your focus is threefold: serving as our premier "New Business Closer" for personal lines policies, driving proactive policy renewals as our "Renewal Champion," and acting as the strategic mentor, technical expert, and quality control lead for our Individual and Medicare growth specialists. If you bring an elite sales presence paired with rigorous file accuracy, coaching strength, and retention drive, this seat is built for you.

Who You Are

• Persuasive & Magnetic Producer: You excel at rapport building and closing personal lines accounts. You command trust quickly and drive pipeline growth effortlessly.
• Renewal Champion: You treat policy retention as mission-critical. You audit policy changes, address rate increases proactively, and ensure maximum client retention year-over-year.
• Coaching & Quality Mentor: You love training team members on policy mechanics, quoting tools (AgencyBloc/carrier portals), and sales closing techniques.
• Process-Disciplined Lead: You enforce 100% data integrity in AgencyBloc and Monday.com, holding zero tolerance for sloppy documentation or delayed quotes.

Primary Responsibilities

• New Business Closing: Convert high-intent leads and inbound inquiries into active, bound policies across personal lines and individual accounts.
• Renewal Management: Lead the agency's renewal preservation process, auditing renewal lists, contacting at-risk policyholders, and executing remarketing strategies.
• Quoting & Adjustments Operations: Oversee accurate quote generation, endorsement processing, and policy adjustments within established speed SLAs.
• Team Mentorship & QA Lead: Audit team files, lead weekly deal desk reviews, and mentor Individual and Medicare specialists to hit growth goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of success in personal lines insurance sales, account management, or consumer growth.
• Advanced proficiency in AgencyBloc, comparative raters, carrier portals, and Monday.com.
• Proven track record of high quote-to-bind conversion and retention execution.
