The role contributes directly to operational flow by preparing materials, handling inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and productivity are essential./ppShift: 3rd Pay: $22.50/hr + Incentive/ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliChampions safe work practices in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards./liliPrepares materials, products, and equipment for shipment and distribution./liliProcesses and fulfills orders for customers and internal teams./liliPicks, packs, and stages orders while verifying accuracy using scanning tools./liliLoads shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers./liliReceives, inspects, and processes incoming materials while reporting damages./liliReplenishes warehouse stock and rotates inventory using a reach truck or forklift./liliOperates forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and walkie rider pallet jacks to move materials efficiently./liliStandardizes and improves shipping and receiving procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency./liliPerforms additional warehouse duties as assigned./liliMaintains regular, full-time onsite attendance./li/ulh3Who You Are/h3ulliBrings a minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience; steel or tubing experience preferred./liliDemonstrates basic math proficiency for accurate order processing./liliCommunicates effectively to support collaboration with cross-functional teams./liliSolves problems effectively in a warehouse environment./liliMaintains strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and meet quality standards./li/ulh3Physical Abilities/h3ulliPerforms regular standing, walking, lifting, bending, and material-handling tasks./liliOperates warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment./liliWorks in conditions involving noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures./li/ulh3What Youll Get/h3ulliCompetitive compensation/liliBonus plan and profit-sharing opportunities/lili401(k) plan with company match/liliComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance/liliTuition assistance program/liliPaid vacation and holidays/liliEmployee loyalty awards/li/ulpCompensation Benefits/ppBelow is the expected base hourly range for this position.
