Senior Solutions Consultant

What you’ll be doing Building a deep understanding of multiple SaaS products and their integrations Transferring product knowledge to Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Post-Sales teams Creating practical training, documentation, demos and implementation playbooks Supporting technical discovery and customer conversations in a velocity sales environment Working with Product to communicate changes, limitations and customer feedback Helping teams navigate data flows, integration questions and implementation challenges Becoming increasingly involved with the Sales team over time What we’re looking for 5+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, technical implementation or a comparable B2B SaaS role Experience working for a tech/SaaS vendor Strong product understanding and technical fluency across APIs, integrations and data Clear communication and the ability to teach customer-facing colleagues Commercial judgement and comfort supporting fast-moving opportunities Experience working across Product, Sales and Customer Success/Post-Sales Someone who learns quickly, takes ownership and follows through Why consider it? Canada: British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Salary and benefits USD $90,000–$120,000 base salary plus variable compensation.
