Team Recovery LLC in Toledo, OH seeks an Intake & Assessment Therapist to conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and help clients access appropriate levels of care. You will support admissions and coordinate with clinical and administrative staff. This role requires licensure (LSW/LPC/LCDC), strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. CPR/BLS certification is required or obtained after hire; schedule is three 12-hour shifts with one weekend per month. #J-18808-Ljbffr Team Recovery LLC
