The VP will also be expected to partner with events leadership, provide the team with necessary resources and support, and ensure accountability to meet or exceed fundraising goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Development position at the company should have approximately 5-7 years' of relevant fundraising experience, including team management. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and the ideal candidate will be mission-driven, with the ability to effectively convey the organization's mission to donors.
