About the Role

Join us in Cary, IL 60013 as our Operations Enablement Associate on the third shift. You’ll be the steady hand that keeps overnight operations moving, connecting teammates, smoothing handoffs, and ensuring priorities stay on track.

A Day in the Life (Third Shift)

As the building settles into the quiet rhythm of the night, you review the evening’s priorities, touch base with teammates, and help set a productive tone. You jump in where needed to remove roadblocks, coordinate small process tweaks from management, and keep the workflow organized. Throughout the shift, you capture notes, track action items, and make sure everyone has what they need to deliver—then share clear updates at the next team touchpoint.

What You’ll Handle

• Keep daily operations flowing smoothly by pitching in where needed.
• Partner with teammates to hit shared goals and deadlines.
• Contribute to a positive, can-do environment across the night crew.
• Support managers as new strategies and processes are rolled out.
• Participate in team meetings and offer ideas that improve results.
• Tackle administrative tasks that help the team stay organized.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
• Clear, professional communication and strong people skills.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating in a team setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools.
• Keen attention to detail and solid organizational habits.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
