Culinary Training Program

You will rotate through key kitchen departments including:

• Restaurant Kitchen ( la carte service)
• Garde Manger
• Banquets & Events
• Pastry Production

This structured culinary training program is designed to develop:

• Kitchen organisation and mise en place
• Speed and consistency during service
• Professional communication and teamwork
• Exposure to luxury U.S. hospitality standards
• Confidence working in high-volume culinary environments

You will work alongside experienced chefs and international culinary teams while gaining practical exposure to both fine dining and large-scale resort operations.
