Project AdministratorSGA Design Group is seeking a proactive team player to join us in our Bentonville office as a Project Administrator. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands across the country. You'll be working with design professionals on ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects. This role bridges the gap between architectural design, entitlement processes, and detailed specification writing.Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities include providing various support services to architectural teams.Entitlement Processing- Research and interpret zoning ordinances, codes, and other regulatory frameworks to guide project feasibility and compliance.Architectural Specification Writing- Develop detailed architectural specifications to communicate design intent, materials, and construction standards to stakeholders and contractors.Documentation and Reporting- Prepare and manage documentation required for both entitlement processes and specification development.Other responsibilities may include managing schedules; tracking contracts, submittals and requests-for-information; typing change orders; project uploads; and other tasks as assigned.Candidate QualificationsEDUCATION : High School Diploma or equivalency.EXPERIENCE : A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an architecture or engineering firm. Candidate must also have proficiency in the MS Office suite.SKILLS : Ideal candidate will be motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, good computer skills, and can work independently and/or in a team environment.SGA offers a competitive benefits and compensation package and is an equal opportunity employer.
