Title: Personal Injury Attorney (Senior)

Location: Los Angeles, California

Work Schedule: Full-Time | 100% Onsite (5 Days per Week)

Compensation: Base Salary Up to $350,000 + Settlement-Based Bonus Structure + Comprehensive Benefits

The Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and related matters.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy throughout the life cycle of each case.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client communication.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Conduct mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations with insurance carriers.
• Collaborate with medical providers, experts, investigators, and support staff to develop strong cases.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in all phases of litigation as needed.
• Review medical records, billing records, and other evidence to maximize case value.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Experience handling personal injury matters from intake through resolution.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $350,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
