Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business needs. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Oversee the design and implementation of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment, services, and maintenance. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure data center facilities meet operational requirements. Develop and implement strategies to optimize data center energy efficiency and sustainability.
