Senior Contract / Acquisition Support – TS/SCI CI Poly

Department: Government Customer – NRO
Location: Chantilly, VA

ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH CI POLY REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Position Overview:
Support complex Government acquisition efforts by providing expert-level advisory and execution support. Lead acquisition strategy development, contract planning, and execution activities to ensure mission success, compliance, and effective use of resources.

Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level acquisition advisory support using expert knowledge of FAR, NAM, and source selection processes
• Serve as a trusted business advisor to Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTRs) and Government leadership on acquisition strategy and contract structuring
• Lead pre-award activities including acquisition planning, proposal evaluations, and cost/price analysis
• Guide negotiation strategies and source selection support
• Oversee post-award contract administration, execution, and compliance
• Identify and resolve complex contract performance issues
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, contract actions, and modifications
• Prepare and brief acquisition strategies, contract status, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support audits, data calls, and continuous compliance reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or
• Doctorate with 8+ years of relevant experience, or
• Equivalent education and experience supporting IC or DoD environments
