Front Desk Coordinator – $17–$20/hr | M–F, 8–5 | Benefits | San Marcos, TX

San Marcos Dental and Braces
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with flexible scheduling based on your availability. Occasional Saturdays as needed.

The front desk sets the tone for every visit. A warm hello, a smooth check-in, and a clear answer to a billing question can turn a nervous patient into a comfortable one. At San Marcos Dental and Braces, we’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who enjoys being that welcoming presence and takes pride in keeping the office organized and running smoothly. What you’ll do

• Greet patients and help them feel welcome from the moment they walk in
• Answer calls, emails, and patient questions with a friendly, helpful tone
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments to keep the day running smoothly
• Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand their treatment costs
• Collect payments and keep patient records accurate
• Prepare charts and route slips for the day ahead
• Coordinate referrals and follow up with patients
• Keep the front office clean, organized, and ready for patients
