Physician - Emergency Medicine


Job Details:

• Full-time Emergency Medicine Physician position (1.0 FTE) providing 24-hour coverage via 12-hour shifts
• Shift times include 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m., and single coverage (1am-9am), with additional coverage during peak volume times
• 1.0 FTE consists of 11 shifts per month with occasional opportunity to pick up additional shifts
• Annual patient volume of 13,000-14,000 visits per year with an average of 16-18 patients per day
• NP/PA coverage available weekdays and weekends (9am-1am, 7 days a week)
• Department currently consists of 4 physicians with plans to add a 5th
• EPIC DAX ambient voice technology utilized for clinical documentation
• BC/BE Emergency Medicine preferred, or BC/BE Family Medicine with experience or additional training in Emergency Medicine
• Required certifications include ACLS, ATLS/CALS, and PALS
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to be involved in organizational leadership
