Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for maintaining specialized accounting record systems, including resolving errors, balancing accounts and records, and preparing reports. Reconciling monthly insurance invoices Processing separation forms Ending all deductions of separated employees Cancelling insurance benefits due to non-payment Processing premiums of employees out on leave Create and submit correspondence to employees out on leave with instructions on how to submit said insurance premiums Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Excellent computer skills, efficient in MS Office Suites with strong knowledge of Excel. Ability to adapt quickly, good communication skills both written and verbal, strong analytical and attention to detail skills. Ability to work independently or as a team. Preferred Qualifications: Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 3-5 years of experience.
