You will help clients establish a comprehensive cyber strategy (covering risk, business and cultural dimensions), "de-risk" their digitization efforts and establish a secure enterprise. Your work will encompass assessing risk & resilience, securing the digital transformation (establishing digital resilience), establishing crisis response and preparedness, and building long-term cyber capabilities for our clients. You will help understand and quantify cyber exposures, evaluate cyber resiliency strategies, as well as use our proprietary assessments to deliver our core methodologies. This involves gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses and developing and communicating recommendations for client presentations. You will be based in one of our hub locations (New York, Washington DC or Silicon Valley) as part of our global Risk & Resilience practice. Our cybersecurity team helps organizations build resilience against cyber threats by providing end-to-end cybersecurity solutions. We help clients assess risks, design robust security strategies, implement advanced technologies, and build long-term cyber capabilities.Your backgroundBachelor’s degree ideally in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business degree with specialization in technology management; graduate degree is a plus4+ years of cybersecurity experience in corporate and/or professional servicesExcellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completionProficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoningAbility to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverablesExceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environmentAbility to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at timesAbility to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
