Position Details
Role: Leasing Admin
Pay: $22.00/hour
Assignment: TEMPORARY Location: Fort Worth, TX

Schedule
• Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day work from home
• Start Date: October 12, 2026

What You'll Do

• Validate order requests and verify related account information.
• Prepare lease documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review and respond to program-related inquiries.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide support to client’s affiliate coordinators.
• Assist the Company Car Coordinator with manager and field vehicle programs as needed.
• Support pre-term remarketing activities for employee lease accounts.
• Serve as a liaison between employees/customers, dealerships, and internal departments.
• Document customer accounts and orders, including actions taken following customer contact.
• Respond to inquiries through phone, email, workbasket, and direct mail channels.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Previous call center experience.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Data entry experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
