Recruitment Coordinator

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Recruitment Coordinator with a manufacturing industry-leading company known for its growth, innovation, and supportive work environment. The Recruitment Coordinator opportunity is based in Ponca City, OK, offering a dynamic, onsite setting that allows you to play a key role in recruiting and talent acquisition for a busy operational facility. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive professional interested in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process and engaging with candidates and hiring teams daily. Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting activities across multiple openings Manage candidate movement through the ATS Disposition candidates throughout the hiring process Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate communications and follow-up Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for further consideration Conduct light candidate screening and qualification calls Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives Assist with open interview days conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays Maintain recruiting documentation and hiring records Partner with Rony Martinez, HR leadership, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process Support onboarding and pre-employment activities as needed Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in: Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition Support, HR Coordination, HR Administration, Recruiting Administration Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Strong organizational and administrative skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, warehouse, or production environments (preferred) Experience supporting high-volume hiring efforts (preferred) Familiarity with Paycom or similar ATS/HRIS systems (preferred) Exposure to full-cycle recruiting processes (preferred) Key Details Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $50-$60K Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Location: Ponca City, OK Work Model: On-site Travel Requirements: No travel required LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
