This includes overseeing major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation partnerships, grants, and special events, while building and managing a strong donor pipeline and cultivating key relationships. The role also involves collaborating closely with executive leadership and the board, aligning fundraising efforts with strategic priorities, supervising advancement and communications teams, and ensuring effective use of data, systems, and reporting to drive performance and accountability. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in nonprofit advancement or development leadership, with a proven track record of securing major gifts and growing diverse revenue streams.
