Summary

Gainwell is the leading provider of technology solutions that are vital to the administration of operations of health and human services programs. As a Fulfilment/Mailroom Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day operations of the Medicaid Program. This role involves ensuring the timely, accurate, and secure processing, distribution, and tracking of incoming/outgoing mail packages, letters, and fulfilment materials. This role supervises staff, monitors productivity and service level, maintains compliance with organizational policies, and drives continuous process improvement.

Your role in our mission

• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate mailroom and fulfilment staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer services.
• Interfaces with team members, management, customers and vendors in Fulfilment activities.
• Maintain inventory of Fulfilment supplies, equipment, and shipping materials.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor quality control measures and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address operational issues, escalations, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in mailroom, fulfilment, logistics or operations.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience managing production environments with established performance metrics and SLAs.
• Strong knowledge of mail processing, shipping procedures, and package tracking systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Work, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM application.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced services.

The pay range for this position is $59,400.00 - $84,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
