This part-time, contract opportunity is designed for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about early childhood and elementary education. You’ll be supporting PreK and K-4 students, covering a leave of absence, and collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC preferred)
• Experience with assessment and intervention for PreK and elementary (K-4) populations
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning needs and styles
• Organizational and time-management skills suitable for a part-time, contract role

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to PreK and K-4 students
• Conduct assessments and maintain appropriate documentation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Adjust therapy approaches to best suit each child’s unique needs
• Participate in meetings and provide input on student progress
• Ensure compliance with school, district, and federal policies
