Join our team as a Machine Operator in a dynamic manufacturing facility specializing in flexible packaging products. As part of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and uphold quality standards.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment effectively.
• Load materials into machines and oversee machine performance.
• Weigh finished products and package completed materials.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Document production information accurately.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in operating, monitoring, loading, and troubleshooting machines.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for 8+ hours.
• Strong attention to detail for weighing products and inspecting packaging.
• Reliability and consistent attendance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift 35-50 pounds occasionally.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read work orders and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and possess a strong work ethic.

The role is set in an industrial manufacturing facility with moderate machine noise and a fast-paced atmosphere. Employees will stand and walk for most of the workday, engaging in repetitive tasks and interacting with moving machinery. Safety is a priority, and the work involves frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching. Equipment used includes GN machines, rolling mills, cutting machines, and packaging equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brockton, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Brockton,MA.
