Job Description Job Description Job responsibilities: · Manage and provide hands-on support and training for daily accounting operations within Billing, AR and AP staff. · Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in a timely manner. · Responsible for setting up annual budgets and monthly variance reports. · Prepare all journal entries and drive month end closing deadlines. · Analyze monthly sales trend, financial ratios and cash forecasts. · Conduct monthly reconciliation for all balance sheet accounts to ensure reporting accuracy. · Reconcile multiple
