Location: Colorado Job Type: Full-Time, Monday through Thursday 8 - 5
Do you love helping people, staying organized, and bringing positive energy wherever you go? We're looking for a patient coordinator who can turn appointments into experiences and make every patient feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll be the heartbeat of our front officegreeting guests with a smile, keeping schedules running smoothly, and helping create a stress-free healthcare experience.
What you'll be doing
- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with their needs
- Verify insurance information and update patient records
- Coordinate patient communications, reminders, and follow-ups
- Keep the front office organized, efficient, and inviting
- Work closely with providers and team members to ensure exceptional patient care
What we're looking for
- Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare, medical offices, dental practices, or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
