Job Summary

Finda AI is looking for independent sales partners to help us sell an AI-powered marketing product built for local businesses. This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with generous recurring commissions and uncapped earning potential. There is no base salary, but every closed paid customer can generate meaningful commission income. This opportunity is a strong fit for independent, self-motivated sales professionals who are comfortable prospecting, building relationships, and speaking with local business owners. Experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, field sales, B2B sales, local business sales, merchant services, POS, telecom, marketing services, website sales, signage, printing, insurance, or business consulting is a strong plus, but not required if you are motivated, coachable, and willing to actively prospect.

Duties

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to local businesses.
• Present compelling demonstrations of AI marketing solutions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company sales strategies.
• Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or expansion..

Skills

• Proven experience in business development, software sales, or technology-driven B2B sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate complex technical solutions.
• Demonstrated success in managing customer accounts, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in a competitive setting.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, AI applications in marketing, and enterprise selling techniques.
• Ability to analyze client needs and craft tailored solutions that drive value and foster long-term partnerships.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationship management and effective client communication

 

Ideal Candidates

At least 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred Outside sales, door-to-door sales, field sales, or local business sales experience is a strong plus

Experience selling to local businesses, small businesses, agencies, or service providers is preferred

Experience in merchant services, POS, telecom, marketing services, website sales, signage, printing, insurance, business consulting, local advertising, or similar industries is a plus

Existing network of store owners, restaurants, salons, clinics, gyms, agencies, or service businesses is a plus

Comfortable prospecting independently and managing your own pipeline Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills Self-motivated, commission-driven, and comfortable with a commission-only role Interested in AI, marketing, social media, reviews, local SEO, or helping local businesses grow
