Registered Nurse - ICU

$2227.68/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. Candidates must be skilled in managing complex cases, monitoring critically ill patients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor critically ill patients, including ventilated and hemodynamically unstable individuals. Administer titratable drips such as propofol, insulin, cardizem, precedex, and levo with precision. Provide expert bedside care, including managing airway equipment, IV lines, and other ICU-specific devices. Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, RTs, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records. Educate patients and families on critical care procedures and recovery expectations. Qualifications: Valid unexpired driver's license required for submission. Current state RN license with ICU experience preferred. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS. Proficient in managing complex ICU patients with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, arrhythmias, detox, and mental health crises. Ability to titrate high-risk drips and interpret telemetry strips accurately. Experience with ventilators, SO2 monitoring, and other ICU equipment.
