JOB SUMMARY Provides high-level leadership for all administrative and financial functions of a college or division. Develops and implements strategic plans, manages complex budgets, and oversees resource allocation to achieve organizational goals. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred 6-8 years of related work experience required Experience managing others or leading a project or program KEY RESPONSIILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Leads comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization. Develops and executes long-term operational and financial strategies to support the mission and goals of the college or division. Represents the organization in university-wide committees, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and priorities. Establishes and enforces administrative and financial policies to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Provides mentorship and leadership to management teams, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven environment. Compensation Grade/Pay Type: 112S Expected Hiring Range: $99,010.00 - $143,567.50 With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
