Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team on a part-time basis in the city of Us. As a Welder you will be responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. This role is perfect for someone looking for part-time work without experience, as we are willing to provide on-the-job training. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and welding plans to determine the layout and specifications for the project. Set up and operate welding equipment according to the specific project needs. Clean and prepare metal surfaces by removing dirt, rust, and debris before welding. Measure and cut metal pieces using tools such as saws, shears, or torches. Use various welding techniques to join metal parts together. Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control. Repair or modify existing metal structures as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education required. Previous experience in welding preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick) and their applications. Familiarity with hand and power tools used in welding processes. Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects. Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this part-time position.
