Call Center Coordinator

Overview The Senior Center Coordinator oversees the daily operations of a JCOA Senior Center, including budgeting and tracking center funds, supervising staff and volunteers, and coordinating engaging programs, activities, and events. This role plans educational, health, social programs, and special events such as parties and celebrations, while ensuring accurate records, fiscal responsibility, and a safe, welcoming environment that supports the well-being of senior participants.
