Job#: 3049401 Job Description: Inventory Planner – Inventory Planner III Location: Redmond, Washington (Onsite) Compensation: $22 - $28 HOURLY Role Overview We are seeking an Inventory Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong execution of data and processes, operate from a company-wide perspective, and encourage cross-functional project development. This role is essential for maintaining data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining data accuracy for all tools and processes. Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications. Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory requirements. Execute tasks using a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports. Required Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer. Candidates must be highly organized, self-starting, and proficient with business software, such as Excel. The role requires flexibility, strong written and oral communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. The ability to meet tight deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously is necessary. Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site position. The work schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
