• Experience: Minimum 2 years anesthesiology experience in tertiary care centers

What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for general surgical cases in hospital ORs, supporting high acuity procedures (ASA 3+ preferred)
• Float between hospital sites including Bay Front, Mt. Zion, Mission Bay, Ortho Institute, Parnassus, and Burlingame
• Support high-acuity inpatient and outpatient procedures, including regional anesthesia when applicable
• Collaborate with CRNAs, working solo in many cases in a multidisciplinary setting
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and procedural standards
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system

What You Need:

• Valid CA medical license, DEA with Schedule 2/2n, and board certification in Anesthesiology (or eligible with fellowship training)
• Recent (last 2+ years) experience in tertiary care or high acuity environments
• Experience working independently in hospital ORs
• Ability to float and adapt to different clinical settings
• Strong procedural and regional anesthesia skills (preferred but not required)

This position involves providing anesthesia services across multiple high-acuity inpatient centers and ambulatory surgery centers in the San Francisco area. Providers will be supported by CRNAs and work predominantly solo, with flexibility in scheduling.
