Conocimiento de normas de seguridad industrial. Capacidad de liderazgo y manejo de personal de hasta 60 colaboradores. Alto sentido de responsabilidad, seguridad y honestidad. Responsabilidades Supervisión: Garantizar que todo el personal cumpla con las medidas de seguridad y las áreas seguras. Operatividad: Monitoreo de cámaras y rondines de productividad diarios. Reporteo: Control de incidencias por persona y área. Compensación y Beneficios Sueldo mensual: $20,000. Bonos: puntualidad y cumpleaños. Seguros: gastos médicos menores y de vida.
